About Vic­tor Medina

I am the man­ag­ing part­ner of Med­ina Law Group. For fam­i­lies in cri­sis and fam­i­lies in need, I pro­vide prin­ci­pled coun­sel­ing and respon­si­ble advo­cacy. Proac­tively, I cre­ate estate plans that pro­tect them and their fam­i­lies as they tran­si­tion wealth from one gen­er­a­tion to the next. My clients include young fam­i­lies with minor chil­dren, fam­i­lies with spe­cial needs chil­dren of all ages, entre­pre­neurs with busi­ness con­sid­er­a­tions, estab­lished fam­i­lies with dynasty goals and the elderly.

My goal is to become the trusted advi­sor and life­time legal coun­sel for my clients. I am a mem­ber of the National Net­work of Estate Plan­ning Attor­neys pro­gram, a national orga­ni­za­tion of attor­neys ded­i­cated to serv­ing the needs of indi­vid­u­als, fam­i­lies & busi­nesses through lifetime-focused strate­gies. From time to time, I lend my time and tal­ent to area orga­ni­za­tions, such as the Hopewell Lions Club and Hopewell YMCA.

I speak fre­quently to pub­lic and pri­vate groups, such as local mom’s clubs and spe­cial needs sup­port groups, as well as other attor­neys, accoun­tants, and finan­cial pro­fes­sion­als. A believer in the value of neigh­bor­hoods, I derive great sat­is­fac­tion in giv­ing back to my com­mu­nity, pri­mar­ily by pro­vid­ing edu­ca­tion and guid­ance in my areas of expe­ri­ence. When I am not busy with my law prac­tice, I enjoy spend­ing time with my wife Jen­nifer and our two sons, Aidan & Lucas.
