A little about Victor.

Victor J. Medina, managing partner of Medina Law Group, devotes his practice to estate planning, helping parents and grandparents to leave their wealth to whom they want, when they want them to have it, and in the way they want.  His clients include seniors, young families with minor children, families with special needs children of all ages, entrepreneurs with business considerations, and established families with dynasty goals.  His philosophy of estate planning is based on a forward-thinking approach that focuses on passing on more than just financial wealth, but also spiritual, emotional, and intellectual values.

Victor also serves as the board solicitor and corporate counsel for area school districts, such as Hopewell Valley Regional Schools, West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional Schools, North Hanover Township Schools, and Perth Amboy Public Schools.  He is a trustee of the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys.

Victor grew up in the Northeast and attended college and law school in Boston, MA.  He is married to Jennifer, a school psychologist in the New Jersey public schools, and has two sons, Aidan and Lucas, who are of school age.

Victor is the current president of the American Association of Trust, Estate and Elder Law Attorneys — an invitation-only, national ogranization of top practitioners. Victor is also an active member of the legal community and serves as Vice-President of the Princeton Bar Association.  He is a member of WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel and the Mercer County Estate Planning Council. He is accredited by the Department of Veteran Affairs to assist veterans in filing claims.

Victor speaks frequently to public and private groups on issues of estate planning, special needs planning, elder law, veterans benefits, and school law.

Tiffany Lauritsen, Client Services Director

Tiffany is likely the first person you meet at Medina Law Group. She is responsible for organizing client meetings, and is the primary contact for the firm. In addition to her duties as Client Services Director, Tiffany helps clients understand their estate and elder law plans and guides them through the complex legal processes that face them in elder law, probate or guardianships. Tiffany enjoys working with clients and their families to address their concerns and also enjoys helping them through important decisions regarding their families’ future.

Tiffany is a certified paralegal, with post-graduate education from Mercer County Community College in the area of trusts and estates, and a proud graduate of Rider University.

Julianna Maria, Director of Community Outreach

Julianna’s role is to introduce the firm to the community at every level. Julianna develops relationships with the staffs and residents at care facilities, as well as with community groups. She is the key representative in the community, answering questions about estate planning strategies and life care planning.

Julianna graduated from Swarthmore College and worked in New York City before settling in Hopewell Valley with her husband, Steve, and her two sons, Alex and Kyle.

Family has always been Julianna’s priority, and she calls on her personal experiences as a granddaughter, daughter, and mother of two to find solutions to the challenges of long-term disability and care in our clients’ lives.
