He is the host of the Make It Last radio show/podcast, and is the author of three books on retirement planning under his acclaimed “Make It Last” series.

Victor is the founder of Medina Law Group, and brings a family-centered approach to planning, with a focus on practical solutions for families and high-net worth individuals. He is the past president of the American Association of Trust, Estate, and Elder Law Attorneys and a frequent speaker to public and private groups on issues of estate planning, elder law, asset protection planning, and retirement planning.
Victor is married to Jennifer Medina, a school psychologist, and together they are the parents of three sons. He lives and practices in Pennington, NJ.
Julianna is responsible for management and oversight of the operations of the law firm. She’s Victor’s right-hand and the key to making sure the team keeps its promises to you. She is familiar with all areas of the firm’s operations and services, from Client Services to Legal-Technical, and makes sure all the files are proceeding as smoothly as possible. She knows what it means to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Julianna graduated from Swarthmore College and worked in New York City before settling in Hopewell Valley with her three children.
Family has always been Julianna’s priority, and she calls on her personal experiences as a granddaughter, daughter, and mother of three to find solutions to the challenges of long-term disability and care in our clients’ lives.
Lilian brings more than four years of experience as a Certified Paralegal to the Medina Law Group team. In her role as Senior Paralegal, Lilian drafts a wide range of legal documents and works closely with clients to gather the information necessary to help the attorneys design and create their plans.
Born in Brazil, Lilian has been living in the United States for 13 years and recently became an American citizen. She is the mother of two boys, Gabriel and Lucas, and a girl, Leila. In her free time, Lilian is an avid photographer—her favorite subjects are nature and her family.
