Victor J. Medina

Managing Attorney

Victor J. Medina, CELA®, CFP®, RICP® is a practicing estate planning and Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA®), as well as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and registered investment advisor. He is the host of the Make It Last radio show/podcast, and is the author of three books on retirement planning under his acclaimed “Make It Last” series.

Victor J. Medina is a nationally-recognized estate planning and elder law attorney, focusing on traditional estate planning, asset protection, retirement distribution, and proactive income tax planning. Victor has been featured on national television, The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, and U.S. News & World Report.

Victor is the founder of Medina Law Group, and brings a family-centered approach to planning, with a focus on practical solutions for families and high-net worth individuals. He is the past president of the American Association of Trust, Estate, and Elder Law Attorneys and a frequent speaker to public and private groups on issues of estate planning, elder law, asset protection planning, and retirement planning.

Victor is married to Jennifer Medina, a school psychologist, and together they are the parents of three sons. He lives and practices in Pennington, NJ.

Senior Paralegal

Lilian brings more than six years of experience as a Certified Paralegal to the Medina Law Group team. In her role as Senior Paralegal, Lilian drafts a wide range of legal documents and works closely with clients to gather the information necessary to help the attorneys design and create their plans.

Born in Brazil, Lilian has been living in the United States for 13 years and recently became an American citizen. She is the mother of two boys, Gabriel and Lucas, and a girl, Leila. In her free time, Lilian is an avid photographer—her favorite subjects are nature and her family.
